Our Client is a multi-disciplined surveying practice based in Eastbourne, they provide clients with detailed surveys and reports designed to offering a professional service for those looking to buy a property.

They are now seeking an experienced building surveyor to join their team.

An ideal candidate would be:

  • An enthusiastic driven individual with Assoc. RICS status in Building Surveying.
  • Ideally 2-3 years’ post qualification experience in Contract Admin, Refurbishment works, Maintenance and Repair Programmes, Schedules of Condition
  • The ability to acquire new areas of professional experience.

A certain degree of tenacity is required to find new work/clients and be engaged with target related fee income.

The position can be ‘personally owned’ and developed with a view to possible Associate Director status in due course subject to growth of their client portfolio.

The salary is dependent on experience
