We are working with a company that manufactures and distributes innovative, high quality recreational vehicle products designed with comfort in mind.   They are a global market leader in branded solutions for mobile living in the areas of Climate, Hygiene & Sanitation and Food & Beverage and an aftermarket distribution network that includes RV equipment dealers and distributors.

They are currently looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team in Blandford, Dorset.

The Role
The Customer Support Administrator, reporting to the Customer Services Manager, will take responsibility for data entry and analysis. The job will be office-based and excellent admin skills and attention to detail will be required along with a high level of numeracy and a good standard of spoken and written English.

The Candidate
The candidate should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, data entry and be able to show the potential to drive and improve data capture, reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good Excel knowledge and the ability to understand and translate data. Product training will be provided for our full product range. Potential opportunity to work a few weekends each year at retail and trade shows to talk to end users about support and technical enquires. Experience of dealing with customers/consumers in a friendly, helpful and polite manner via telephone and email, even under pressure. Experience with CRM and internet warranty systems would be a benefit but training will be provided.

Package and benefits
Salary: DOE + bonus (up to 30% of salary annually)

The role is based in Blandford with free car parking
Office hours are Mon-Thu 08:30 – 05:00, Fri 08:30 – 03:30 (36 hours per week)
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
