Where do you apply for work from?
Research from the Johnston Press jobs site, Jobstoday, has shown 25% of people have submitted a job application from unlikely locations.
These locations include from the bath, during a wedding reception, while at a house party, while on the loo, from a restaurant or cinema, and while waiting for another job interview.
The survey of 2,145 people found that just over half have applied for another job while at work, with 20% even admitting to asking a colleague for help on securing a job elsewhere.
A statement from Jobstoday says the research highlighted a wider trend for greater flexibility in the way people find roles, largely due to the popularity of connected devices such as smartphones.
