I’m not one to blow my own trumpet (usually) however, on this occasion I would like to! Coming up to a year of trading I am pleased to accept the award of ‘best loved HR consultant’ in the UK. This isn’t time to rest on my laurels though and I must keep on driving forward and providing you all with the service that you have come to expect from me.
Last time I reviewed some of the employment legislative changes that are coming up in April. Although in October 2012, arguably, the biggest change will begin to be implemented. Yes, I’m talking about the Pensions Auto Enrolment. There is confusion out there as to when the phasing of the roll out will affect particular companies. On my blog I’ve laid out the timetable presented by the Pensions Minister in January.
