J1676LA – Account Support (12-month maternity cover)
Our client is a high-end luxury, world-class, manufacturing company who are seeking someone with first class customer service skills to join their Account Support team within a growing organisation based near Chichester. This is a 12-month FTC (maternity cover) with an immediate start.
As their super friendly, confident Account Support member you will be delivering the company’s sales plan, supporting the sales managers in providing high-quality office based support to their internal USA customers.
Must haves for this role include:-
- First class customer service skills
- High level of technical knowledge/ability (sales orders and blueprints)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritise workloads
- Strong, accurate and fast PC skills
Dealing with enquiries, managing all day-to-day sales matters for your list of allocated accounts, you will take ownership of the needs of the USA customers. You will be coordinating sales information, updating the database and providing support.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm and is an immediate start with training provided.
