Sales Administrator Role
Bilingual Sales Administrator required to join an expanding Manufacturing and Engineering company based in Hastings.
The primary responsibilities include the answering of incoming phone calls and emails and taking the appropriate action required. This role is the first point of contact for customers and is an integral part of our customer service programme.
Key Job Elements:
- Processing of sales orders
- Quotations/acknowledgements and requests for information
- Providing a technical resource
- Enquiry/quotation follow-ups
- Telephone calls both incoming and outgoing
You must have previous experience working in an office environment, excellent attention detail and strong communication skills.
The company is very well established, continually growing and offer an opportunity to progress.
This is a full-time position 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
