There has been new guidance released by ACAS on age discrimination at work (known as ageism). As an employer you can end up in a very sticky situation if you make assumptions about capability due to age.

We all know what happens when you stereotype – this goes for both older and younger people – and can lead to discrimination claims. So, be informed. Remember, you need the best person for the job – the person with the best skillset, the best attitude!
